Need to return or exchange a product? Please read below for policies applied.
Returns:
- Products must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- Products should be in their original condition unworn, unwashed with their tags on and with their hygiene seal still intact. Please ensure that all items are clean (no perfume, deodorant or make-up stains).
- The original receipt should be included in the parcel.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty.
Refunds:
- After receiving the returned item, we will review its condition and if it fulfills the requirements, we will credit back to your account the purchase amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Please note that an item is eligible for return or/and refund, only if the below conditions are met:
- It must be returned within the 14-day time frame.
- It must be in its original condition (undamaged, not lacking any parts)
